SUSHI GO!

Pass the sushi! In this fast-playing card game, the goal is to grab the best combination of sushi dishes as they whiz by.

Score points by making the most maki rolls or collecting a full set of sashimi. Dip your favorite nigiri in wasabi to triple its value. But be sure to leave room for dessert, or else you'll ear into your score! Gather the most points and consider yourself the sushi master!

How to play

Objective

Reach the highest score after 3 rounds to win!

Game Flow

The gam takes place over 3 rounds. You can choose any 1 dish from the belt and place it on the red table. After everyone confirms their choices, all dishes are revealed.

All remaining dishes are passed on to the next player, so you will have a smaller number of dishes to choose from.

When there are no more remaining dishes, everyone's scores are tallied and a new round begins after that. After 3 rounds, the final score is shown [including puddings] and whoever has the most points wins!

Special Cards

chopsticks-esteira.png

CHOPSTICKS: if you already have a chopstick card in front of you, you may take 2 sushi cards on a future turn. You may have multiple chopsticks cards in front of you, but may only use 1 per turn

maki-esteira-3.png

MAKI ROLLS: each player adds up the maki rolls together. The player with the most makis at the end of the round scores 6 points. If multiple players tie for the most, they split the 6 points evenly [ignoring any remainder] and no second-place points are awarded. The player with the second most icons scores 3 points. If multiple players tie for the second place, they split the points evenly

Tempura-esteira.png

TEMPURA: a set of 2 tempura cards scores 5 points. A single tempura card is worth nothing. You may score multiple sets of tempura in a round

Sashimi-esteira.png

SASHIMI: a set of 3 sashimi cards scores 10 points. A single sashimi card or a set of only 2 is with nothing. You may score multiple sets of sashimi in a round, although this is very hard to do!

Dumplings-esteira.png

DUMPLING: the more dumpling cards you have, the more points you will score, as follows: 1 [1 point], 2 [3 points], 3 [6 points]. 4 [10 points], 5 [15 points]

nigiri-squid-esteira.png

SQUID: a squid nigiri scores 3 points. If it is on top of a wasabi card, it scores 9 points

nigiri-salmon-esteira.png

A salmon nigiri scores 2 points. If it is on top of a wasabi card, it scores 6 point

nigiri-egg-esteira.png

An egg nigiri scores 1 point. If it is on top of a wasabi card, it scores 3 points

Wasabi-esteira.png

WASABI: triple the value of your next nigiri. A wasabi card with no nigiri on it scores nothing

pudding-esteira.png

PUDDINGS: the player with the most pudding cards scores 6 points. If multiple players tie for the most, they split the points evenly [ignoring any remainder]

The player with the fewest pudding cards [including players with none] loses 6 points. If multiple players tie for the least, they split the lost points evenly [ignoring any remainder]

On the rare occasion that all players have the same number of pudding cards, no one scores anything for them.

In a 2 player game, no one loses any points for puddings. Only the points for most pudding cards are awarded.
